Okta is seeking a Staff Product Analyst (Workday Payroll) to join our People Technology Team. This is a pivotal role dedicated to the product-led optimization of Okta's global Workday platform. Beyond standard configuration, you will lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our payroll systems from strategic discovery and design to global deployment and adoption. You will act as a consultant and architect to our stakeholders in People, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams, ensuring our People Technology suite is a driver of automation and efficiency. Your actual base salary will depend on factors such as your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
