Summary

This role is designed for an elite, high-seniority designer (10+ years experience) who thrives in "zero-to-one" environments. You are a master of both high-level product strategy and obsessive visual craft. The ideal candidate has a history of building complex products from scratch and feels comfortable operating with high autonomy. Since this role supports internal tools used by leadership, you must be skilled at translating ambiguous executive visions into functional, high-fidelity prototypes. The standout feature of this position is the direct influence you’ll have on how a major tech company operates, partnering closely with the Office of the CEO. It offers a top-tier compensation package (up to $301k) and the flexibility of a fully remote US-based lifestyle. You’ll be at the forefront of AI integration, defining how "CompanyOS" uses machine learning to streamline global workflows. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a portfolio that proves you can turn deep, multi-step technical workflows into elegant user experiences. * Enjoy "founder-mode" environments where you define the roadmap rather than just following one. * Are an expert at presenting to and incorporating feedback from C-suite stakeholders. * Have a genuine passion for AI/ML and its potential to redefine productivity.
