Risk is the nervous system behind every magical banking experience. It senses, responds, protects, without fanfare. It doesn’t power motion, but without it, motion goes awry.
At Mercury, we build systems that identify good customers from their first interaction and protect them. We create fluid, intelligent experiences that let customers move confidently and securely through their day. We believe our obligation to the customer does not stop with the transaction but our aim is to ensure a strong financial ecosystem across the entire banking infrastructure.
As a Staff Product Manager at Mercury, you will lead collaboration with designers, engineers, and other key partners to ship high quality products to our customers. You will drive strategy and execution for Risk Onboarding at Mercury. You’ll be accountable for understanding customers and the business, developing strategy, prioritizing the roadmap, and keeping the team unblocked and executing at a high-level.
You will keep the team outcome-oriented — using qualitative and quantitative metrics to guide decision-making. Further, you will ensure the entire team feels a sense of ownership over product direction and results.
While you will focus on a particular area, you’ll develop a point of view on how our products fit into Mercury more broadly — working with teams like Core Product, Onboarding, Growth, Legal, and Compliance.
