Work type: remote

Location: United States

Salary: $170,000/yr

Type: Full-time

Summary

This is a high-impact role for a seasoned product leader with at least 7 years of experience, specifically within B2C or B2B2C marketplaces. The ideal candidate has a deep background in high-volume "transactional" products—think booking engines, reservation systems, or e-commerce checkouts—where optimizing conversion funnels and reducing friction are the primary objectives. As a Staff-level individual contributor, you’ll enjoy significant autonomy and broad ownership over the "front door" of the platform. The role offers a competitive base salary up to $190k, a stock grant, and rare 100% employer-paid healthcare premiums for both you and your dependents. Being fully remote allows for flexibility, while the company’s expansion into AI-powered workflows provides a modern technical landscape to build in. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have successfully scaled a booking or scheduling product (e.g., travel, fintech, or marketplaces). * Are obsessed with funnel metrics, rebooking rates, and A/B testing to drive consumer growth. * Want to lead high-level strategy and roadmap vision without the overhead of direct people management. * Have experience or interest in integrating AI/automation into consumer discovery and UX.
