We are seeking a Staff Product Manager, Personalization to create a relevant product experience that is personalized to major audience segments, maximizing activation, retention, and LTV for specialized demographic audiences and accelerating efficient global market adoption. This role will be pivotal in ensuring Headspace products are culturally, linguistically, and functionally ready for global and demographic expansion, delivering deeply tailored, equitable experiences for all core user groups. The anticipated new hire base salary range for this full-time position is $140,400 - $224,250 + equity + benefits.
