Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned B2B marketing strategist who thrives in high-stakes, technical environments. The ideal candidate has deep experience in the enterprise software or cloud infrastructure space and feels comfortable navigating the "gray areas" of product strategy. While you don’t need to be a coder, you must have enough technical depth to discuss databases, cloud ecosystems, and Generative AI with both engineers and executive leadership. The compensation package is competitive, reaching up to $204k base plus equity and robust benefits like 20 weeks of parental leave. This is a "Staff" level position, meaning it’s a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on solving complex business problems rather than managing a large team. Based in NYC, it offers a hybrid model that balances in-person collaboration with personal flexibility. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a track record of launching GTM strategies for complex cloud or SaaS products. * Enjoy "decomposing" difficult business problems and presenting solutions to C-suite executives. * Possess deep empathy for developers and can translate technical features into business value. * Want to influence the roadmap of a global leader in the data and AI era.

Job Description

As a Staff Product Marketing Manager, you are in a high-impact role responsible for critical product areas and strategic initiatives. You aren’t just executing a roadmap. You are defining the marketing strategy for your area by focusing on the large-scale business picture. You will navigate high degrees of ambiguity to deliver results independently, serving as a strategic partner to leaders across the business. The right candidate can dive deep into data and technical details while simultaneously conveying high-level strategies to the executive team.

You will work with leaders across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to build go-to-market (GTM) strategies and successfully assemble cross-functional teams to execute derivative marketing and enablement tactics. You will act as a key partner to senior leadership to influence and drive consensus with teams across the company.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are based in New York City, NY for our hybrid working model.
