The ideal candidate has deep experience in the enterprise software or cloud infrastructure space and feels comfortable navigating the "gray areas" of product strategy. While you don’t need to be a coder, you must have enough technical depth to discuss databases, cloud ecosystems, and Generative AI with both engineers and executive leadership. The compensation package is competitive, reaching up to $204k base plus equity and robust benefits like 20 weeks of parental leave. This is a "Staff" level position, meaning it’s a high-impact, individual contributor role focused on solving complex business problems rather than managing a large team.
