The ideal candidate is a subject matter expert in AWS and Kubernetes, but also an engineer at heart who can write production-quality Go code to automate security guardrails. You should be comfortable navigating large-scale, multi-cloud environments (AWS/GCP) and securing data platforms like Snowflake or Databricks. The compensation package is a major highlight, with a base salary reaching up to $256,500 plus performance bonuses and equity. While the role is remote-friendly for U.S. residents, it emphasizes high-impact collaboration; you will attend several in-person offsites a year and serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership on risk management and M&A security integrations. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have deep technical mastery of K8s and AWS but want to remain hands-on with Go and Terraform. * Thrive in high-pressure, mission-driven environments that prioritize fast execution. * Are comfortable influencing technical strategy across cross-functional engineering teams. * Prefer "building the future" of crypto and onchain platforms over maintaining legacy systems.

This role partners closely with engineering teams to design, implement, and automate cutting-edge security solutions across complex cloud and containerized environments. Leveraging deep expertise in technologies like Kubernetes and AWS, this position serves as a trusted advisor to cross-functional teams and senior leaders, driving strategic decisions that balance security, scalability, and business enablement.
