This role is designed for a seasoned engineering leader with at least 8 years of experience, specifically someone who has operated at a Staff level or equivalent. You should have a proven track record of architecting systems for subscription models, membership products, or high-scale growth engines. While the tech stack is flexible, the ideal candidate is "crypto-forward" and thrives in a high-intensity, "mission-first" environment that prioritizes rapid experimentation and technical excellence.
As part of the Trust & Loyalty organization, you will anchor the technical direction for the "CB1" subscription product. This is a fully remote position (within the USA), though it emphasizes "high-density" collaboration through several mandatory in-person offsites each year. You will balance hands-on coding with high-level architectural decisions and mentorship, driving the international expansion and on-chain integration of the membership funnel.
