This role is designed for a hybrid professional—someone who bridges the gap between a technical engineer and a commercial strategist. You are likely a former founder, a sales engineer, or a technically-minded account executive who understands the modern web ecosystem (specifically Next.js and AI) and can guide startups from pre-seed to Series D through complex architectural decisions.
Operating from Sydney, you will be the point person for the APAC startup market. This is a high-agency "player-coach" style role where you aren't just selling; you are helping founders build. The package includes equity and a remote-first culture that prioritizes "shipping" over bureaucracy, making it ideal for those who thrive in fast-paced, autonomous environments.
