This role is ideal for a data-driven growth marketer with at least 4 years of B2B SaaS experience and a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem. You should be comfortable operating at the intersection of performance marketing and partnerships, specifically knowing how to leverage VC and accelerator networks to drive user acquisition. If you have a "product-led growth" mindset and can write your own SQL queries to analyze funnel experiments, you’ll thrive here.
The compensation is highly competitive ($175k - $208k plus equity) for a Senior-level role in San Francisco. You’ll be joining a high-intensity, AI-first company that is currently leading the market shift in customer service tech. While the role is hybrid (3 days in-office), it offers significant ownership over the startup segment's entire lifecycle—from top-of-funnel demand to long-term retention.
