This role is designed for a high-performing "hunter" with a deep background in the event agency or production space. You should be a veteran salesperson who has built a $10M+ career portfolio and possesses active, high-level relationships within Pharma, Finance, or Tech sectors. This is not an account management role; it is a 100% outbound business development position for someone who excels at navigating complex Fortune 5000 hierarchies without inbound leads.
The compensation is a major draw, offering a wide $110k–$300k range with uncapped earning potential. While the role is fully remote, it requires significant "in the field" presence, including 30% travel to meet clients and attend industry events. You’ll be backed by a 90-person team of technical and creative experts, allowing you to focus entirely on closing multi-million dollar event programs.
