This role is ideal for an experienced enterprise sales professional who understands the nuances of the SDLC and DevOps ecosystem. You should have a proven track record of managing long, complex B2B sales cycles within large, regulated organizations. While technically savvy—ideally familiar with Git, CI/CD, or AppSec—you excel at navigating multi-stakeholder environments and building "trusted advisor" relationships with C-suite executives.
The compensation is highly competitive, with a base salary up to $174k and an **OTE potential of roughly $348k** (given the 100% incentive pay target). As a fully remote, asynchronous company, GitLab offers exceptional flexibility, including a "flexible PTO" policy and a home office stipend. This is a strategic "land and expand" territory in Texas, focused on high-impact digital transformation projects.
