This role is designed for a seasoned enterprise sales professional with over 10 years of experience, specifically someone who has spent at least 3 years closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals at the strategic or major account level. You should have a proven track record of selling disruptive SaaS products into large, sophisticated organizations and be comfortable navigating procurement and legal cycles.
The compensation package is exceptionally high for a mid-level title, with an OTE reaching up to $395,000 USD (or $460,000 CAD). As a remote-first position, it offers significant flexibility, though it requires residency in the Pacific or Mountain time zones and up to 25% travel. You’ll also receive meaningful equity (RSUs) and a high 401(k) match, making this a lucrative opportunity for a high-performer.
