You should have at least 5 years of full-cycle experience, specifically targeting organizations with 10,000+ employees. The ideal candidate is a strategic "hunter" who is comfortable engaging with C-suite executives and understands the nuances of digital transformation and work management platforms. This is a **fully remote** position within Germany, offering significant flexibility alongside a culture of high performance. The compensation structure is particularly attractive for top performers, featuring a base salary paired with an **uncapped commission structure**.
