This role is ideal for a high-performing enterprise sales professional with at least 5 years of full-cycle SaaS experience. You should have a proven track record of "landing and expanding" within Fortune 1000 organizations, specifically navigating complex deals with 10,000+ employees. Because this is a strategic "Level 8" position, they are looking for someone who excels at high-level consultative selling (using MEDDIC or similar) and can communicate technical ROI directly to C-suite executives. The compensation package is a major highlight, offering a total on-target earnings range of $230,000 to $300,000. While the role is fully remote within the US, you join a collaborative team with a robust support system, including a $500 home office stipend and an 18-week maternity leave policy.
