This role is designed for a high-performing sales professional with at least 5 years of experience in infrastructure technology. Grafana Labs is looking for someone who excels in "Growth" sales—specifically identifying and closing expansion opportunities within existing accounts across the West region. If you have a track record of being in the top 10% of your sales org and understand the nuances of open-source software, you’ll thrive here. The compensation is a major standout, with an OTE range of $320k–$340k plus RSU equity. As a remote-first, global company, they offer significant flexibility, including 30 days of annual leave and dedicated "shutdown days" to ensure the team actually disconnects.
