This is a high-level opportunity for an experienced infrastructure sales professional who thrives in an open-source ecosystem. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in B2B technology sales, specifically within the West region, and a proven track record of being a top-tier performer (top 10%) in high-velocity environments.
The role offers impressive compensation with an OTE range of $320k–$340k, plus equity in the form of RSUs. As a remote-first company, you’ll enjoy significant flexibility, including 30 days of annual leave and dedicated "shutdown days" to prevent burnout. You’ll be managing the full sales cycle for existing enterprise accounts, focusing on a consultative approach rather than "hard selling."
