This remote role is designed for a strategic sales professional with a background in cardiac rhythm management (CRM) or healthcare enterprise SaaS. You’ll be the primary executive point of contact for high-value cardiology and heart failure practices across the Northeastern U.S. (ME, NJ, NY, VT, CT, RI, MA, NH). The role focuses on post-sale revenue, requiring a candidate who can navigate complex hospital systems and IDNs to drive long-term retention and expansion.
The position offers a highly competitive compensation package with an OTE of up to $205,000. As a fully remote role in a fast-growing healthcare technology company, it provides a robust benefits suite including comprehensive insurance, a 401k, and a financial wellness program. You’ll be shifting away from day-to-day tactical support to focus on high-level executive alignment and ROI-driven business reviews.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 3–5 years of experience in complex healthcare account management or enterprise SaaS.
* Possess deep knowledge of Electrophysiology (EP) or Cardiology workflows.
* Are skilled at building trusted relationships with physicians and C-suite administrators.
* Reside within the specified Northeast territory and have a track record of hitting expansion quotas.
