This role is designed for a mid-to-senior level sales professional with a deep background in the cardiac rhythm management (CRM) or electrophysiology (EP) space. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience managing complex healthcare enterprise accounts or selling SaaS solutions to hospital systems and Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs). Because this is a strategic role, you need a mix of high-level relationship management skills and the clinical literacy required to talk shop with physicians.
The position offers a highly lucrative compensation package with an On-Target Earning (OTE) potential of $205,000. It is a fully remote role, though you must reside within the South Central/Pacific Northwest territory (specifically KS, MO, OK, or TX) to facilitate regional travel and relationship building.
