Summary

This role is designed for a seasoned sales or account management professional with at least 5 years of experience, specifically within the **nonprofit sector**. You should have a deep understanding of digital fundraising strategies and feel comfortable navigating "multi-threaded" relationships—meaning you can talk tech with IT leads, strategy with Marketing, and ROI with executive leadership. The compensation is a major highlight, offering a generous range of **$133,500 - $200,500** (OTE), which includes sales incentives and equity. The role is fully remote, providing significant geographic flexibility. Beyond the pay, it’s a mission-driven position where you’ll manage the most impactful Enterprise-level nonprofit partnerships, giving you a seat at the table to influence product roadmaps and large-scale social impact. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a proven track record of managing high-value renewals and hitting NRR/retention targets. * Are an expert at leading Executive Business Reviews (EBRs) for C-suite nonprofit leaders. * Possess strong commercial acumen and high comfort with sales forecasting in a CRM. * Enjoy a mix of strategic planning and "quarterbacking" internal teams to solve client issues.

The SAM is responsible for driving long-term retention, revenue growth, and value realization across a portfolio of high-impact Enterprise organizations. This role serves as the strategic and commercial partner to nonprofit leadership teams, developing multi-threaded relationships, leading annual and quarterly strategic reviews, and ensuring customers realize the full potential of the GoFundMe ecosystem.

Key success metrics include ACV retention, NRR, GDV growth, and depth of executive alignment. The ideal candidate brings deep experience partnering with senior nonprofit leaders, expertise in digital fundraising strategy, and the ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder accounts at scale.

The annual U.S. salary range for this full-time position is $133,500 - $200,500,which may include potential sales incentive payments. In addition to this wage, there are geolocation differentials that will increase pay depending on the work location.
