This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior professional with 3–5+ years of experience in account management, partnerships, or operations within the e-commerce or marketplace sectors. You should be a "tech-forward" strategist who enjoys managing high volumes of clients (up to 200) and using data to drive growth. The company is looking for someone who can balance high-level strategy with the ruthless prioritization required to manage a large book of business.
The compensation is competitive ($134k–$180k) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match, family planning allowances, and a "dogfooding" budget to shop on the platform. While the team is remote-friendly, you must live within commuting distance of their New York, San Francisco, or Los Angeles hubs for in-person collaboration.
