This role is ideal for a mid-to-senior level professional (3-5+ years) with a background in account management, partnerships, or operations within the e-commerce or creator economy space. You should be a "tech-forward" operator who is comfortable managing a high-volume portfolio of up to 200 sellers using data and automation rather than just traditional 1-on-1 relationship building.
The compensation is highly competitive ($134k–$180k) for a role that sits at the cutting edge of live commerce. While the position is "on-site" in NY, SF, or LA, the company offers a "remote co-located" hybrid approach, providing a home office setup allowance and monthly stipends for wellness, internet, and "dogfooding" the app. The benefits package is robust, including a 4% 401k match and 16 weeks of parental leave.
