The position offers a competitive salary of $150,000 - $175,000 plus equity. While it is a hybrid role based in San Francisco, the "Anchor Day" policy (Mon, Tue, Thu) ensures a high-collaboration environment. # About The Role:
This Finance Business Partner (FBP) role will drive workflow transformation across the FBP team to reinvent our processes and will also support Notion’s Foundation teams, including Finance, People, Workplace, Legal, IT, and Business Technology. This role reports to our Business Partnership Finance Lead and will deliver real-time financial insights, build scalable planning/reporting workflows with AI-enabled automation, and drive strategic analysis that enables the company to scale thoughtfully. The ideal candidate has an understanding of core FP&A processes and a builder mindset, improving forecasting and spend management through better systems, data, and processes with AI experimentation at the forefront.
