The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys digging into cohort-based data and ROI analysis to influence marketing and product roadmaps. You should be highly comfortable building complex financial models and translating raw data into executive-level narratives. The compensation is highly competitive, starting at $141,000 with a ceiling of $195,000, plus equity and performance bonuses. About the Role

We’re seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to join Chime’s Growth & Marketing Finance team. This role partners closely with cross-functional leaders across Growth, Marketing, Product, and Data to evaluate growth initiatives, measure performance, and inform strategic investment decisions. Our team’s mandate is to bring rigorous, data-driven insights to help Chime scale efficiently and drive sustainable growth.

As a thought partner to the business, you will play a critical role in shaping how Chime evaluates and prioritizes growth opportunities—from new acquisition strategies to new product launches. You will structure complex business questions, build analytical frameworks, and translate performance data into clear recommendations that influence how and where we invest.

As Chime continues to expand, we’re looking for versatile, strategic thinkers who can move fluidly between deep analysis and cross-functional leadership. In this role, you’ll lead growth-focused analyses end-to-end- from problem definition and hypothesis development through modeling, insight generation, and executive communication - while working closely with partners to drive alignment and execution. Success in this role requires strong analytical rigor, sound judgment, and the ability to operate with ownership in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

The base salary offered for this role and level of experience will begin at $141,000.00 and up to $$195,000.00. Full-time employees are also eligible for a bonus, competitive equity package, and benefits. The actual base salary offered may be higher, depending on your location, skills, qualifications, and experience.
