It’s an ideal fit for an "intrapreneur" who is comfortable with "zero-to-one" product builds and enjoys the complexity of negotiating commercial contracts with third-party financial issuers. You should have a deep understanding of financial modeling and the technical nuances of how credit products integrate into partner platforms. The compensation is highly competitive, reaching up to $230,000 in base salary for coastal regions, supplemented by equity and a 100% subsidized medical plan. As a remote-first position, it offers excellent flexibility, though it requires someone high-energy who can drive high-stakes deals independently.
