This role is designed for a heavyweight Enterprise Sales professional with deep roots in the contact center industry. Since the company requires at least 10 years of experience specifically selling or operating in the contact/engagement center space, this is not a generalist role. You’ll be expected to act as a "Trusted Advisor," managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to post-sale implementation for strategic, named accounts. The compensation package is highly competitive, with a wide salary range up to $321,100 plus potential bonuses and stock options.
