This role is designed for a seasoned B2B sales professional with a strong pedigree in the Cybersecurity or Identity Management (IAM) sectors. The ideal candidate has at least 7 years of experience and is comfortable navigating the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to negotiating high-value deals with C-level executives. Since this is a remote-first position based in Germany, it requires a self-motivated individual who can operate autonomously while managing a complex regional territory.
The standout feature of this position is its strategic influence; you aren't just selling a product, but managing an entire geographic region and coordinating with partners and technical resources. While the role offers the flexibility of remote work, it remains high-engagement, requiring approximately 50% travel to meet with clients and partners. Success is measured by consistent quota attainment and the ability to build long-term relationships in the security industry.
