Summary

This role is designed for a heavyweight procurement professional with at least 10 years of experience, specifically within **Go-to-Market (GTM)** categories like Sales, Marketing, and Media. It’s a "Business Athlete" position that requires more than just contract management; you need the executive presence to influence senior leaders and the analytical mindset to use AI and data tools to prove ROI. The role offers strong compensation (up to **$192k** for Zone 2) and the stability of the CFO organization within a fully remote, digital-first environment. A unique standout is the focus on **AI fluency**—this isn’t just a traditional sourcing job; they want someone who leverages modern tech to automate workflows and drive creative commercial "wins" beyond basic cost-cutting. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Have a decade of experience negotiating high-stakes contracts for Sales and Marketing teams. * Thrive in a **fully remote** setting and are comfortable managing "problem lifecycles" independently. * Are "digitally fluent," with specific experience in tools like **Globality, ServiceNow, or Ironclad**. * Can balance "rigor and EQ" to maintain high-trust relationships with both suppliers and internal executives.

Job Description

## Role Description

Dropbox’s Procurement team is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Lead to own and drive the execution of category strategies across our Indirect spend portfolio, with a primary focus on GTM categories. As a Business Athlete, the ideal candidate is versatile—able to dive into data, lead executive-level discussions, and creatively solve problems at any point in the sourcing lifecycle. You thrive in ambiguity, synthesize input across disciplines, and bring clarity to complex decisions.
