Summary

This role is ideal for a high-achieving professional with 3–5 years of experience in high-stakes environments like consulting, finance, or startup operations. While labeled "entry-level," the expectations are rigorous: you need to be a data-driven problem solver who can navigate the ambiguity of a hyper-growth marketplace. Proficiency in data tools and a genuine interest in trust, risk, or logistics are essential. The compensation is highly competitive ($100k–$125k) and paired with an exceptional benefits package, including a 4% 401k match, a "dogfooding" budget to shop on the app, and extensive family/wellness allowances. Although the role is remote, you must live within commuting distance of their hubs in NYC, SF, Phoenix, or LA to facilitate occasional in-person collaboration. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Have a "no task too small" mentality and thrive in fast-paced, shifting environments. * Can pull your own data using SQL or Looker to back up strategic recommendations. * Are obsessed with improving user experience, specifically in the "post-purchase" (shipping/fraud/payments) phase. * Enjoy cross-functional work, acting as the bridge between Product, Engineering, and Ops.
