Work type: onsite
Location: Los Angeles, CA | San Francisco, CA | New York, NY | Phoenix, AZ
Salary: $190,000 – $245,000/yr
Type: Full-time
This role is designed for a high-level strategic operator with at least 8 years of experience in consulting, finance, or general management. You are the ideal candidate if you possess a strong analytical backbone (SQL is a must) and have a proven track record of optimizing "post-purchase" ecosystems—think logistics, payments, fraud prevention, and vendor management. An MBA is preferred, as is the ability to lead cross-functional projects alongside product and engineering teams. The compensation is highly competitive ($190k - $245k) and comes with a robust benefits package, including a 4% 401k match and generous allowances for home office, wellness, and childcare. While the company embraces a "remote co-located" model, you must live within commuting distance of their Los Angeles, San Francisco, or New York City hubs for in-person collaboration. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Thrive in high-growth environments where you need to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution. * Are comfortable using SQL and tools like Looker or Hex to drive business decisions. * Have experience managing complex vendor negotiations and improving unit economics/margins. * Want to work on the "behind-the-scenes" mechanics of a global marketplace, from shipping to trust and safety.
