Summary

This role is ideal for a sales-driven professional with at least one year of experience in inside sales or enrollment. It’s a great fit for someone who excels at high-volume phone work and feels comfortable navigating "save" conversations to prevent customer cancellations. While an Associate degree is preferred, your ability to handle objections and close deals is what matters most. The position offers a stable, fully remote work environment with a fixed Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST). At a pay rate of $20–$22/hr, it provides a consistent income for mid-level sales talent. You will also have access to modern tools, including Salesforce and real-time AI sales assistants, to help you hit your targets. **You might be a good fit if you:** * Thrive in high-volume environments and can maintain energy across a full day of calls. * Have a background in "customer retention" or overcoming difficult sales objections. * Are comfortable with technology, including CRM platforms and live call monitoring for coaching. * Enjoy "warm lead" environments where you guide interested prospects to the finish line.
