Summary

This role is designed for experienced mental health professionals with a Master’s degree and specialized expertise in expressive or contemplative therapies. The ideal candidate has a deep background in treating high-acuity populations (including children and young adults) and is highly comfortable facilitating groups via telehealth. You should be an expert in at least one specific modality such as Art Therapy, Music Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Relapse Prevention (MBRP), or Internal Family Systems (IFS). As a 1099 contractor, you will enjoy significant geographical flexibility while benefiting from a consistent schedule. You are required to commit to at least 9 group hours per week, specifically during late afternoon and evening blocks (3:00 PM – 8:00 PM MST). To ensure you can focus entirely on patient care, the company provides a dedicated admissions team to handle administrative scheduling and offers free CEUs to help you maintain your licensure. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold a Master’s degree and have specific certification in an integrative modality (e.g., MT-BC, ATR, RDT). * Are available to work at least three nights a week between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM MST. * Have experience working with substance use disorders (SUD) and high-acuity mental health cases. * Reside in the United States (excluding CA, NY, NJ, IL, and HI).

### About the Role

Charlie Health is a pioneer in its approach to mental health treatment. In addition to providing superior Clinical care from the nation’s most talented and passionate clinicians, Charlie Health offers unparallelled and effective holistic treatment via our groundbreaking clinical model. Every client at Charlie Health receives 9 hours of psychoeducation groups. 3 of these 9 hours are considered integrative hours, which pull from contemplative, creative arts and experiential modalities. Integrative Group Facilitators at Charlie Health support our clients through the use of various expressive tools, creative arts, and contemplative practices and believe that healing occurs in the experience itself. Through immersive experiences, we are able to connect with hard to reach feelings and learn healthy coping skills in order to have new and more adequate responses to challenging situations.

Charlie Health is hiring a few exceptional Integrative Group Facilitators to provide remote, telehealth services to our clients. We’re eager to work with forward-thinking mental health and substance use professionals to enhance our programming and provide the best possible care to our clients.

This is a contract / 1099 position that allows you the flexibility to schedule sessions and work wherever you are most comfortable. We request that our facilitators are able to dedicate at minimum 9 permanent group hours per week across 3 days to facilitate group sessions and build valuable connections with our clients.

People know Charlie Health for our warm and empathetic Clinical Team. While each individual clinician has their own interests, expertise, and style, we require all team members to be well-versed in a variety of modalities. Our clients are struggling to cope with serious mental health issues and benefit from therapists who are sophisticated and relational. Successful candidates are committed to bettering the mental health and well-being of their clients, along with being adept at self-care, ensuring they are prepared to give their best every day to address the behavioral health crisis.

This position reports to the Directors of Contemplative, Creative, or Experiential Group Quality.
