This role is ideal for an experienced North Carolina real estate professional or attorney with a passion for mentorship and education. Since this is a part-time position (up to 29 hours per week), it is perfectly suited for active brokers or legal professionals looking to diversify their income while helping the next generation of agents enter the field. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts, allowing you to maintain your primary real estate practice. You will be teaching a blend of pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses using provided curriculum, which minimizes prep time.
