This role is ideal for an experienced North Carolina real estate professional or attorney with a passion for mentorship and education. Since this is a part-time position (up to 29 hours per week), it is perfectly suited for active brokers or legal professionals looking to diversify their income while helping the next generation of agents enter the field. The position offers a high degree of flexibility with a mix of morning, evening, and weekend shifts, allowing you to maintain your primary real estate practice. You will be teaching a blend of pre-licensing, post-licensing, and continuing education courses using provided curriculum, which minimizes prep time. The work is hybrid, requiring the ability to teach both in-person in the Greensboro/Winston-Salem area and via livestream technology. **You might be a good fit if you...** * Hold an active North Carolina real estate license or are a practicing attorney. * Have at least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in the real estate industry. * Are comfortable using Zoom and webinar technology to engage students remotely. * Already possess state approval to teach or have a strong desire to obtain DREI certification.

This is a part-time, employee position with an estimated time commitment of up to 29 hours per week. Classes are scheduled in the mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the length of each class is dictated based on the number of required hours. The instructor is paid an hourly rate based on the number of hours in the class.
