This role is designed for an experienced customer support professional with at least 4 years of total experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership capacity. The ideal candidate has a strong background in healthcare supply chain, MedTech, or SaaS and is adept at managing team performance through data-driven metrics like CSAT, occupancy, and shrinkage.
As a Supervisor, you will balance high-level oversight of account health with hands-on mentorship of your direct reports. While the role is based in Hyderabad, it supports global operations and offers the chance to work with a leader in healthcare cloud-based technology. You will be responsible for refining processes, escalating technical issues, and ensuring your team meets quality standards while maintaining high employee engagement.

* Have a Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of specific healthcare/supply chain industry experience.
* Are an expert in Excel and Salesforce (or similar CRM tools like Zendesk).
* Can independently manage team performance using KPIs and execute proactive action plans.
