This role is ideal for a mid-level IT operations leader with at least 2 years of experience managing personnel in a 24/7/365 Network Operations Center (NOC) environment. You should have a strong grasp of ITIL best practices and enough technical literacy in server and network topologies (LAN/WAN) to oversee Level 1 and Level 2 engineers during critical incidents. The position offers excellent flexibility as a fully remote role, though it requires a high degree of schedule adaptability to cover non-standard shifts, including nights and weekends. Compensation is competitive, featuring a six-figure ceiling and a 10% annual bonus target.
