Brown & Brown is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Special Projects Intern.
The role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator & Special Projects Intern will support all administrative and operational aspects of the end-to-end recruitment process with a high level of detail and proactive follow-up. Maintains compliance in all pre-hire processes. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator role will drive workflow efficiencies, always working towards improving and streamlining processes. This role functions as a partner with the TA Team to support delivering key talent acquisition initiatives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Handle administrative and coordination functions of the end-to-end talent acquisition process.
- Support interview scheduling, travel arrangements, and any other required support activities for the interview and recruiting process.
- Handle background checks and I-9 verification coordination ensuring timely processing and escalation of issues.
- Provide post-offer support for candidates as needed
- Responsible for recording and maintenance of TA documentation & best practices.
- Provide Workday administrative support for the end-to-end talent Acquisition process.
- Handle Workday recruiting support requests
- Job requisition creation and posting in support of the Corporate Division and Regional TA teams.
- Create Job Descriptions in compliance with internal audit requirements
- Pull and distribute Workday recruiting reports.
- Schedule and coordinate both onsite and virtual career fairs for TA partners.
- Direct positing to additional job board resources i.e. Indeed, handshake, Facebook.

Education, Experience and Knowledge- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software programs - Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
