This role is ideal for a mid-level technical recruiter with 3–5 years of experience who thrives in the developer ecosystem. Since you’ll be the company’s first dedicated recruiting hire, they are looking for a "builder" who can manage the full lifecycle while specifically sourcing high-caliber engineering talent. Experience at a dev-tooling or high-growth startup is a significant advantage.
The position offers a competitive salary of $120k–$140k and the chance to scale a team from 30 to 100+ members. As a remote-first organization with a modern tech stack (Ashby, Notion), you’ll enjoy high autonomy and a "just ship it" culture. While remote, you should be prepared for occasional travel for team offsites and industry conferences.
