This role is designed for an experienced payroll professional ready to step into a leadership position within a high-growth global fintech environment. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience managing complex, multi-entity payrolls and possesses a deep understanding of local compliance and HR regulations in Germany (or the specific focus region). As a "player-coach," you will balance hands-on payroll execution with the strategic management of a specialist team. The position offers complete remote flexibility across several European countries, including Germany, Hungary, Poland, and Romania.
