This role is designed for a technical HR leader who views people systems as critical business architecture rather than back-office support. The ideal candidate has deep experience configuring enterprise HRIS platforms (specifically UKG) and is comfortable bridging the gap between HR operations and data engineering. You should have a strong background in data visualization and be ready to lead a small team while remaining "hands-on" with system integrations and SQL-based reporting.
