This role is designed for a technical HR leader who views people systems as critical business infrastructure rather than just administrative tools. The ideal candidate has deep experience configuring enterprise HRIS platforms (specifically UKG) and a strong background in data architecture. You should be comfortable moving between high-level roadmapping and hands-on technical execution, including building reporting frameworks with SQL or Tableau and implementing automated workflows.
A standout aspect of this position is the opportunity to lead the modernization of a global tech stack for a remote-first European team. While you will manage one direct report, you’ll also act as a "product owner" for the People ecosystem, giving you significant influence over how automation and AI are integrated into the employee lifecycle. **You might be a good fit if you...**
