This role is designed for a seasoned retirement plan professional with at least 10 years of industry experience and a strong background in nondiscrimination testing. Ideally, you are a "player-coach" who enjoys mentoring a team of 6–8 staff members while simultaneously managing a small caseload of 50 clients. You must hold professional credentials (ASPPA or NIPA) and have a deep technical command of ERISA and IRS regulations.
The position offers a fully remote environment with the stability of a salaried, exempt role paying up to $120,000.
