This role is designed for a senior technical professional with 4–6+ years of experience who thrives at the intersection of customer success and deep technical troubleshooting. You should be comfortable acting as a dedicated advocate for strategic clients, navigating everything from RESTful APIs and server-side code (Java, Node.js, Python) to complex network connectivity issues involving TCP/UDP and SSL/TLS. The position offers the flexibility of a fully remote, "remote-first" work environment based in Colombia. While you’ll work standard Central Time hours (9 am – 6 pm CT), you are part of a global, inclusive team culture.
