This role is designed for a senior technical professional who bridges the gap between account management and cloud communications engineering. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in consulting or project management specifically within the contact center industry (CCaaS). You should possess a strong technical foundation in networking protocols like SIP and TCP/IP, alongside hands-on experience with major telephony platforms such as Five9, Genesis, or Cisco. Based in Manila with a hybrid work arrangement, this position offers a robust benefits package including company stocks, performance-based merit increases, and a 15% night shift differential.
