**Who this is for** This role is for a detail-oriented individual seeking a Technical Assistant position to support agency sales goals and service standards. You will work closely with a Team Leader and Producers, handling client requests and ensuring the accuracy of policy-related documents. **Key highlights** Your responsibilities will include managing client requests for endorsements and cancellations, reviewing policies for accuracy, and assisting with data compilation. You will also develop a strong understanding of carrier underwriting philosophies and utilize agency automation systems proficiently. **You might be a good fit if you...** - Have office experience and proficiency with DocuSign, with a High School Degree. - Possess good working knowledge of company underwriting philosophies and appetites. - Are able to handle client requests and maintain a high level of proficiency with agency automation. - Have experience with Applied Epic (preferred).

While this role is based on the East Coast, availability is required during 11:30 AM–8:00 PM PST to align with business operations.
The Technical Assistant will work closely with the Team Leader and Producers to service new and existing accounts to achieve Agency sales goals and service standards.
