In this role, you will translate complex product concepts into engaging, digestible, and scalable educational content across multiple delivery formats for a variety of learner personas. The ideal candidate has a strong background in curriculum development for technical SaaS products, instructional design, or software implementations, and can quickly become the subject matter expert on Veeva software products. You will actively contribute to the ongoing innovation of Veeva’s training processes while collaborating as part of our inclusive, owner-builder team.
