This role is designed for a senior customer success professional who enjoys the intersection of relationship management and technical problem-solving. You’ll need a strong background in B2B SaaS—ideally within payroll or HR tech—and the technical fluency to discuss API/SDK integrations and RESTful concepts with enterprise clients. This is a post-sale position focused on implementation excellence and driving long-term product adoption.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $121k–$149k and is based at the Scottsdale office. As part of the Symmetry/Gusto ecosystem, you'll work with a hybrid schedule (2-3 days per week on-site). A unique highlight of this role is the emphasis on modern efficiency; you are expected to leverage AI tools and automation to scale your impact across a high-value enterprise portfolio.
**You might be a good fit if you:**
* Have 5+ years of experience managing complex software implementations and enterprise client health.
* Are comfortable using technical tools like Postman to troubleshoot API integrations.
