This role is designed for a seasoned Senior Technical Program Manager with 8–10 years of experience, specifically someone who bridges the gap between traditional project management and technical execution. The ideal candidate has spent at least 5 years leading large-scale software initiatives and is comfortable working within a "digital-first" hybrid environment. Beyond standard roadmap planning, you will serve as an AI thought leader for the PMO, using Python scripting and AI tools to automate data extraction from Jira and streamline R&D metrics.
