This role is ideal for a seasoned technical recruiter with at least 5 years of experience in high-growth startup environments. You should be a "full-stack" recruiter who is equally comfortable hunting for niche AI and infrastructure talent as you are building scalable hiring workflows alongside executive leadership.
The position offers a competitive salary range of $115k–$155k and the chance to join a venture-backed AI startup during a high-growth phase. Based in Denver, you’ll work directly with the CTO and Director of People, providing high visibility and the opportunity to shape the talent strategy for a company that serves enterprise giants like NVIDIA and OpenAI.
