You should be a "full-stack" recruiter who is equally comfortable hunting for niche AI and infrastructure talent as you are building scalable hiring workflows alongside executive leadership. The position offers a competitive salary range of $115k–$155k and the chance to join a venture-backed AI startup during a high-growth phase.
