This is an ideal role for a high-performing Solutions or Forward Deployed Engineer with at least 5 years of experience who wants to be a "founding" member of a GTM team. You should have a strong grasp of technical integrations (APIs, JSON) and a passion for the AI landscape, specifically browser automation and RAG systems. Since this is a hybrid role, you need to be as comfortable building prototypes in Retool or Zapier as you are presenting to CTOs.
The compensation is highly competitive ($150k – $230k OTE) for a mid-level title, reflecting the "founding" nature of the position. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote setup (EST preferred) while working with a team backed by top-tier VCs like Bain Capital. This role offers rapid career growth potential, as you will be building the Sales Engineering playbook from scratch for a company that has already seen 700% revenue growth.
