You should have a strong grasp of technical integrations (APIs, JSON) and a passion for the AI landscape, specifically browser automation and RAG systems. Since this is a hybrid role, you need to be as comfortable building prototypes in Retool or Zapier as you are presenting to CTOs. The compensation is highly competitive ($150k – $230k OTE) for a mid-level title, reflecting the "founding" nature of the position. You’ll enjoy the flexibility of a fully remote setup (EST preferred) while working with a team backed by top-tier VCs like Bain Capital.
