This role is designed for a technical problem-solver with 1 to 1.5 years of experience who enjoys "diving into the code" rather than just handling surface-level tickets. Since this is a **second-shift position (14:00 - 22:00 EEST)**, it is ideal for someone in Romania who prefers a non-traditional schedule or needs their mornings free. You’ll act as a bridge between Support and Engineering, focusing heavily on data integrity and backend troubleshooting.
The standout feature of this position is the heavy emphasis on **Python and Django** within a SaaS environment. Unlike many support roles that are strictly communicative, this is a deeply technical "Analyst" role where you will write and execute scripts to perform bulk data corrections in production. It offers a remote-first culture across Romania and provides exposure to the complex, high-stakes domain of clinical trials and financial data.
