You’ll act as a bridge between Support and Engineering, focusing heavily on data integrity and backend troubleshooting. The standout feature of this position is the heavy emphasis on **Python and Django** within a SaaS environment. Unlike many support roles that are strictly communicative, this is a deeply technical "Analyst" role where you will write and execute scripts to perform bulk data corrections in production.
